“ I’ve had a lot of ramen in many countries and this was the best I’ve ever had! The sesame broth was to die for and the atmosphere was as if we were in a Japanese market. Highly recommend ”

“ It’s delicious, good ramen in Paris. But the noodle still taste bit different from those in Japan, they are more firm and the traditional Japanese noodle is more elastic and chewy. But it still very good and the food quality is great. With a try here. We were there 25min earlier than their opening time, and there were already 8 groups were waiting outside the restaurant. Suggest to go there a bit early and can eat directly when it opens. ”

That said, the check-in process was a bit confusing. You have to register through a virtual queue, but this wasn’t clearly explained anywhere, which led to some frustration at the start. A quick sign or better communication from the staff would go a long way. Still, once seated, the experience was great. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a ramen lover! ”
“ I heard a lot of good and raving reviews about this place so it was high time to try it. Looking for what to eat for lunch we decided to try out Kodawari, but before we could we had to scan a QR code to get into a digital waiting line where we waited for about 1.5 hours, but its nice that you do not need to queue outside the restaurant but walk around Paris until its your turn. Once we were next our phone let us know and we had 15 minutes to get to the restaurant however that didnt really matter since we still waited an extra 30 minutes to get seated even when we got there. The interior was really nice and it gave a really nice small restaurant in Tokyo vibe. It was really nice! We then ordered the food and drinks and for 66 Euros we got: 2 Chicken Paitan Ramens (Chef), 1 tori tori don, 1 black sesame doriyaki, 2 draft kirin beers and 1 coke. The food while good wasnt that great, the ramen had great flavor but was too salty and the tori tori don was bland and the chicken felt like those precut slices from a supermarket, one thing i have to recommend is not getting any of the desserts they suck, the doriyaki was dry and had this off taste to it. All in all it was a cool experience, but the food is nothing “special” in my opinion. I would say give it a try and see what you think if you have the time to spare. ”
